Tariff & Duties

Returns & Refunds

Unloading Info
- Door-to-door delivery.
- Items with any single side ≤ 2.2 m (7.2 ft) include curbside/doorstep unloading.
- Any single side > 2.2 m (7.2 ft) requires customer self-unloading; heavy crates may require a forklift.
White Glove Service
- Optional premium delivery: unpacking, placement, basic assembly, packaging removal.
- Arrange at least 1 week in advance; on-site/last-minute not supported; extra fees may apply.
